Female biker killed near Alicante
A 31 year old female motorcyclist was killed last night, and a 58 year old man was seriously injured as a result of a traffic accident that occurred at around 22:00 on the road between Elche and Arenales del Sol , according to sources reported Wednesday that the Center for Information and Coordination of Emergency Unit CICU.
Two ambulances from the Emergency Medical Service SAMU attended the scene. The first unit took the female to Alicante General Hospital, where doctors were unable to do anything to revive her. She was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The 58 year old male suffered a fractured humerus and an abdominal contusion. The second emergency unit took him to the Sant Joan dAlacant hospital, according to the same sources.
