19 People killed on the roads this weekend

A total of 19 people have died this weekend, in traffic accidents on Spanish roads, of which six were motorcyclists, as reported by the Dirección General de Tráfico (DGT).

Recorded between 15:00 on Friday until 00:00 last night, there have been 16 fatal accidents.19 people were killed and 5 were seriously and 6 people slightly injured.

The worse the day was Sunday, registering 11 fatalities and the least were recorded on on Friday, with 3 people being killed. On Saturday there were 5 deaths, 4 of which were motorcyclists.

So far this year, the DGT has recorded a total of 930 deaths, 109 less than the same period last year, representing a decrease of 10%.
