Explosions in Majorca (09/08/2009)

The Foreign & Commonwealth Office issued the following statement on the explosions in Majorca, 9 August 2009.

We strongly condemn these further terrorist attacks in Spain.

No casualties have been reported from the incidents outside Palma Majorca today.

Consular staff are working closely with the police and local authorities. We will continue to monitor the situation.
