Over 200 golf managers and professionals from Europe and North America will be coming together at the II International Congress for Golf Club Managers taking place in Benidorm from 14th to 16th April. This event, sponsored by the Valencian Regional Department of Tourism and Benidorm City Council, is the ideal setting for participants to improve their knowledge about specific aspects of club management, exchange information and promote the creation of synergies and opportunities.

With the slogan “Lead your club to the future”, this meeting will bring together important guest speakers from the United States, England and Spain who, through conferences, roundtable discussions and debates, will tackle significant issues for the sector such as the professionalisation of club managers, taking advantage of this sport´s Olympic status, its relationship with tour operators, promotion and new communication tools.

Among other activities there will be a golf workshop which aims to promote the wide range of products and services offered by sports and technical equipment companies, event organisers and specialist golf outlets. The highlight of these three days of intense activity will be on 17th April, when participants can take part in a tournament organised at the Levante Golf Course in Villaitana.
