King of Spain visits White House
King Juan Carlos of Spain will arrive Wednesday at the White House to discuss a number of subjects with President Barack Obama. The Spanish monarch has made a number of stops on his recent world tour. No word yet if Michelle Obama will at any point meet Juan Carlos.
The two are expected to discuss politics that are NATO related. Including Afghanistan, combating terrorism, the global economy and climate change.
King Juan Carlos I first is no stranger to controversy. For years he was rumored to have played a part in his younger brother´s accidental shooting death.
He also told Hugo Chávez to shut up during a 17th Ibero-American Summit. Daniel Ortega was also present.
