The Catalan police have arrested a police officer, accused of alleged sexual abuse of a child under 13 years of public toilets in a shopping mall in Cornella de Llobregat (Barcelona). The arrest came last Friday and was due to the victim, a boy of South American origin and resident in Barcelona city, filed a complaint.

The regional police officer had confirmed that he was with the child in the toilets, but everything that happened had been with the consent of the child. The boy says he was against his will. The child says the police forced him to perform oral sex and masturbation. The alleged officer is on bail and suspended from employment.
