Tom Hanks film poster incurs fine from Spanish traffic bureau

If riding a motorcycle without a helmet can cost you a 150-euro fine, promoting it through publicity can result in a higher penalty. That is what the DGT traffic bureau ruled when it imposed a 30,000-euro fine on TriPictures for movie publicity on Tom Hank’s new film Larry Crowne.
