SAN MIGUEL GOLF SOCIETY AT VILLAMARTIN 1st FEBRUARY, 2012.
It was our 2nd Round of the Eclectic Competition played at Villamartin with a good turnout once again. The game today was rather slow, with quite a number of players in front of us, who thought they had got the course to their selves with no consideration for anyone else, making it a waiting game on every hole, although it did pick up a little on the back, it still made it a five hour game. Scoring was average, apart for two members who are set for big cuts after coming in with 40 and 41 points.
Many thanks to those of you who stayed in the bitter cold out on the terrace for the presentation, We hope when we return next month the new restaurant will be up and running and we will all be back inside. For full Competition Results can be found on our Website. Anyone is more than welcome to join us for a game any Wednesday whether you wish to become a member or not. We're a friendly bunch so even if you're just here on holiday and you want to squeeze a game in, give us a call and we'll do our best to oblige.
